Yesterday I posted on Facebook a cartoon I did of a man (who bore a slight resemblance to me) wearing a T-shirt that read: I AM FREAKING USELESS.
A friend commented: "eloquent poor white guy. I have asked my dermatologist Dr Brahmatewari repeatedly for a complete skin transplant, I want something medium Colombian but my requests have been met so far with amusement and disbelief"
It was a funny, if self-flagellating, interpretation, but the cartoon was not making any statement. It was simply a play on the popular I AM FREAKING ESSENTIAL T-shirt.
