I bought a birthday card for my niece the other day and got talking to the shop owner. She told me that people come in and take pictures of her cards, then send the pictures (in lieu of sending cards) or look for the same cards on Amazon. When she tells them she'd prefer they not take pictures of her merchandise they get indignant.
