As impressive as the response to my Op-Ed piece has been the concern, especially from the readers who took the trouble to find my email address and write to me personally. I have received suggestions on gluten-free products (granted, one from a producer of such products) and recommendations for Chinese restaurants in the DC area. In fact, the writer said he would treat Hania and me to dinner at one the next time we're in the area. People - as is not always evident when reading "Comments" - are often very nice.
