I was served a summons about a month ago, and Jason reported a few months ago for his. Every three years I get summoned. I know people who have never been called. I&#8217;ve had a murder trial, a land dispute. Ugh! </p> <p>In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts it&#8217;s &#8220;one case or one day". When you report for jury duty if you are not placed on a jury that day you are dismissed.
