When you’re a travel writer you’re always getting asked “Where have you been lately?” – never “Where have you published lately?”
Most writers have heard from publishers something along the lines of, “This is wonderful but I don’t think it will sell.” I wonder if any have ever heard, “This is crap and I think it will be a big hit.”
